We are seeking a Safety Administrator to support daily safety and compliance operations for a mechanical construction company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
- Assist with OSHA and company safety compliance
- Track employee safety training, certifications, and documentation
- Coordinate safety meetings, inspections, and training
- Assist with incident/accident reporting and follow-up
- Maintain organized safety files and databases
- Communicate with field employees, supervisors, and project teams
Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative or safety-related experience preferred
- Construction experience preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
