We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support to employees across our family of companies while helping drive technology initiatives that support our business goals. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, service-oriented, and eager to expand their technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and assistance to The Horst Group and its affiliated business units.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral-related issues.

- Manage workstation imaging, deployment, and operating system maintenance.

- Administer software deployment and updates.

- Support and maintain company phone systems and phone line services.

- Respond to help desk requests, diagnose issues, and provide timely resolutions or appropriate escalation.

- Provide support for conference room technology and meeting platforms.

- Assist with third-party application support and troubleshooting.

- Implement and support digital video streaming solutions.

- Apply system updates, patches, and security enhancements to end-user devices.

- Assist with IT asset inventory management, procurement, and equipment lifecycle processes.

- Document support activities and maintain accurate records.

- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Support, or a related field preferred.

- Relevant technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
