What You'll Do

As a Property & Casualty Producer, you will:

- Develop and maintain a profitable book of commercial and personal insurance business

- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new client relationships

- Assess client insurance needs and provide customized risk management solutions

- Deliver professional presentations and proposals

- Build and maintain relationships with carrier partners and clients

- Collaborate with internal service and marketing teams to ensure an exceptional client experience

- Meet and exceed sales and retention goals

Qualifications

- Property & Casualty insurance experience required

- Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license

- Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Proven ability to identify opportunities and develop client-focused solutions

- Solid business acumen and a strong desire to succeed
