About this role
Take executive responsibility for large-scale construction projects involving electrical systems, from strategic direction and execution planning through successful delivery. Oversee customer partnerships and financial results while guiding the teams responsible for project outcomes.
What you will do
- Establish the overall approach for major electrical builds and provide executive-level direction throughout delivery.
- Guide project managers along with site superintendents and field leaders.
- Build productive customer relationships and keep project expectations aligned.
- Assess budgets, timelines, potential risks, and progress against project objectives.
- Support strategic planning, purchasing decisions, and coordination of specialty trade partners.
- Champion safe working practices, consistent workmanship, and effective operations.
What you bring
- At least 10 years in leadership roles within electrical construction.
- Experience delivering large projects involving industrial facilities, manufacturing sites, data centers, or mission-critical environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly.
- Applicable licensing obligations and requirements specific to the jurisdiction will be clarified as part of screening.
Location: Hamlet, NC
Pay: $185,000 to $300,000 per year
