Community Coordinator
Compensation: starting at 25/hr
(increases to 60k-70k after 2-month period)
Our client is a growing professional community for therapists and mental health and wellness professionals, providing flexible office spaces, community, and resources to help independent clinicians build thriving private practices.
As our Community Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our Irvine location—welcoming members, providing support, keeping the office running smoothly, and strengthening the community experience. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes ownership, stays organized, creates effective systems, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Our client offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Starting compensation is $25 per hour during the initial two-month training period, followed by a performance review. Based on performance, experience, ownership, and overall contribution, compensation may increase to $60,000–$70,000 annually. Our client’s benefits package includes:

Your responsibilities
Member Experience & Community
• Serve as the welcoming face of the Irvine office, build strong member relationships, and respond to day-to-day questions and needs.
• Lead prospective member tours and new member orientations, including onboarding members to office spaces, technology, and systems.
• Gather member feedback and help coordinate events, workshops, networking opportunities, and other community activities.
• Represent our client’s mission and values in every interaction.
Office Operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming office, including resetting rooms, managing shared spaces, and monitoring supplies.
• Identify maintenance and facility needs, coordinate resolutions, and proactively address issues before they become larger problems.
Organization & Follow-Through
• Create and maintain checklists, templates, workflows, and systems that improve efficiency and consistency.
• Track outstanding tasks, manage changing priorities, and ensure responsibilities are followed through to completion.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and identify opportunities to simplify and improve daily operations.
Communication & Member Support
• Respond promptly and professionally to member emails and inquiries, including booking, account, scheduling, and other administrative needs.
• Communicate policies clearly and handle policy-related conversations with members in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
• Use sound judgment to resolve issues independently and recognize when leadership involvement is needed.
Technology & Additional Projects
• Learn and support software and technology tools, including Microsoft Office/Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, CRM systems, and AI or automation tools.
• Help develop efficient systems for communications, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to additional company initiatives and projects as the organization grows, with responsibilities evolving based on business needs and individual strengths.
