## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Position Summary-
The BIM Designer (Mechanical) is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining high-quality 3D BIM models for mechanical systems throughout all project phases. The role supports engineering design by transforming design intent, calculations, P&IDs, specifications, and client requirements into coordinated and constructible BIM deliverables. The BIM Designer works closely with Mechanical Engineers, Discipline Leads, BIM Coordinators, Space Managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure an efficient, clash-free, and fully coordinated design.

Key Responsibilities-
•    Develop and maintain BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, utility, and process mechanical systems.
•    Translate engineering design information into coordinated and constructible BIM deliverables.
•    Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes and space management issues.
•    Produce drawings, layouts, sections, and model-based project deliverables.
•    Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, naming conventions, and quality requirements.
•    Support design reviews, coordination meetings, and implementation of design changes.

## Show your expertise

- Required
•    Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
•    Basic understanding of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and utility systems.
•    Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and design criteria.
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
•    Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred
•    Experience with Autodesk Plant 3D.
•    Experience with Navisworks, ACC/BIM360.
•    Experience in semiconductor / cleanroom projects.
