About this role

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Service Delivery: Lead and manage the lifecycle of network provisioning projects from order validation, site readiness, equipment staging, testing, to service hand-over (Ready-for-Service / RFS).

- Multi-Party Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between enterprise clients, internal engineering/operations teams, local loop carriers (LLCs), and third-party vendors.

- Risk & Timeline Management: Monitor project milestones, identify potential delays (e.g., fiber lead-in, civil works, CPE delivery), and implement contingency plans to maintain strict SLAs.

- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical delivery schedules, site survey reports, project status updates, and sign-off documentation using PDF business applications and Microsoft Office tools.

- AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage AI productivity tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, automated workflow tools) to streamline reporting, draft client communications, and optimize daily task scheduling.

- Multi-Task Management: Simultaneously handle multiple active provisioning projects of varying complexities while working under operational pressure.

Job requirements:

Education & Experience:

- Higher Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project coordination, customer service delivery, or network service provisioning within a Telecom Service Provider, ISP, or System Integrator (SI).

Technical & Tool Skills:

- Basic to intermediate understanding of enterprise networking concepts (Broadband, IEPL/IPL, MPLS, SD-WAN, Router/Switch deployment).

- Practical experience or familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) to boost project efficiency and workflow automation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and PDF business software (Adobe Acrobat, Kofax, or Nitro PDF).

Soft Skills & Attributes:

- Exceptional Communication: Strong coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
