SALARY: £45,000-£50,000 per annum
HOURS: 40 hours per week, based in the office.
This role can be based at our office in South Kensington, London or at Daylesford Farm in Gloucestershire.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Bamford Collection is looking for a creative and data-driven SEO Manager to join our growing digital team and play a key role in shaping the organic growth strategy across our luxury lifestyle brands; Daylesford Organic, Bamford , and Daylesford Stays .
Reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager , you’ll take ownership of our SEO roadmap driving visibility, engagement, and traffic across our websites. From technical optimisation and content strategy to performance analysis and innovation, you’ll blend analytical expertise with a passion for storytelling to enhance our digital presence and strengthen our brand position online.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and deliver the SEO strategy across the Bamford Collection to drive organic growth, visibility, and conversion.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO analysis to identify opportunities across PLPs, PDPs, journals, and blogs.
- Optimise on-site content, metadata, headers, and URLs to improve search performance and rankings.
- Monitor SEO performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues in partnership with the web development team.
- Implement effective link-building strategies to secure high-quality backlinks.
- Conduct SEO audits, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to maximise content performance and support marketing campaigns.
- Stay informed on search engine algorithm updates and industry trends, adapting strategies as required.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within wellness and lifestyle brands or D2C eCommerce.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, with experience in Magento preferred.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with colleagues across different functions.
- Strong project management skills and keen attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of SEO analytics and reporting. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive organic growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting insights effectively.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
