Service Advisor

Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick in Georgetown is currently accepting applications for an experienced, customer focused Service Advisor.

We are a people-oriented, family-owned company that is committed to providing a superior level of customer service. Candidates must be sales and CSI driven. Good computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also a must. CDK experience is preferred but not necessary. Bi-Lingual a plus.

Essential Duties

- Represent the dealership in a positive, friendly and professional manner; providing exceptional personalized service to our customers

- Clearly outline the customers needs on the repair order

- Accurately and effectively communicate with technicians and customer during the service visit

- Research vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommend additional services needed

- Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for the customer

Qualifications

- Minimum of five (5) years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor

- CDK experience a plus

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment

- Valid drivers license and good driving record

- Strong work ethic
