At Joie, we believe parenting should feel supported, not complicated. As a Sales Associate, you will help families discover thoughtfully designed baby products while creating a warm, personalized, and memorable showroom experience.

You will be a Joie brand ambassador, product expert, and friendly face customers can count on.

What Youll Do

- Welcome customers, build genuine connections, and understand their needs.

- Provide personalized product recommendations and become a Joie product expert.

- Educate customers on product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.

- Create an exceptional customer experience from greeting through checkout.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom and stockroom.

- Support inventory, product launches, campaigns, and daily store operations.

- Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive store environment.

- Continuously learn about Joie products and how they support growing families.

What Were Looking For

- One year of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.

- High school diploma or GED.

- Friendly, positive, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping people.

- Strong communication and listening skills.

- Dependable, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new technology.

- Point-of-sale experience preferred.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

- A genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Schedule & Availability

This is a seasonal, part-time contract-to-hire position with the potential for continued employment based on business needs and performance.

Weekend availability is essential for this role. Candidates must be fully available:

- Saturday and Sunday

- Part of Friday

- Flexible weekdays based on business needs and scheduling

- Weekends, holidays, and scheduled training are required.

Mandatory holiday availability: Black Friday weekend and December 14–31.

Showroom hours are 10:00 am–6:00 pm daily. Full-day availability may include one hour before opening and one hour after closing to support opening and closing responsibilities.

Please apply only if you can consistently meet the required Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability and have flexibility during the weekdays.

Compensation: $20 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
