With our continued growth, and expansion into the US Market, we're seeking Amazon Channel Marketing Manager to join our Brand Marketing team in our Morgantown, PA offices, located just a mile off PA Turnpike exit 298.

The Amazon Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for how Joie appears on Amazon, ensuring that PDPs, A+ content, Brand Store experiences, and on-Amazon storytelling clearly communicate product value, differentiate the brand, and drive shopper conversion.

The Amazon Channel Marketing Manager role sits within the Brand Team and partners closely with the Commercial Sales Manager, Sr. Ecommerce Manager, Sr. Trade Marketing Manager, and external Amazon agency. It does not own P&L or ad execution, but it does ensure that paid traffic lands on best‑in‑class, conversion‑ready content.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Amazon Marketing Strategy

- Develop and execute Amazon marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, product discovery, and conversion.

- Translate broader brand and product marketing strategies into compelling Amazon experiences.

- Identify opportunities across content, search, advertising, and merchandising to improve business performance.

- Monitor competitors and Amazon trends to identify opportunities to differentiate Joie.

PDP & A+ Content

- Own the strategy and ongoing optimization of Amazon Product Detail Pages (PDPs).

- Develop and manage A+ Content, product images, infographics, video, copy, and other Amazon creative.

- Establish a high standard for Amazon content that clearly communicates product benefits and creates confidence for the consumer.

- Partner with Creative, Product Marketing, Product Management, E-commerce, and Compliance to develop and launch content.

- Use customer reviews, questions, search behavior, and performance data to identify content opportunities.

Amazon Advertising & PPC

- Partner with Amazon advertising agencies to develop and optimize PPC and sponsored advertising campaigns.

- Understand Amazon advertising strategy, including campaign structure, targeting, keywords, budgets, and performance.

- Evaluate agency recommendations and provide direction on campaign priorities and required improvements.

- Determine which products and campaigns should receive investment based on business objectives and performance.

- Ensure Amazon creative and PDP content support advertising performance.

Analytics & Conversion Optimization

- Analyze Amazon performance data, including traffic, conversion, search visibility, advertising performance, and product-level trends.

- Diagnose underperforming products and develop actionable recommendations to improve conversion.

- Test and optimize PDP images, copy, A+ Content, video, and other customer-facing content.

- Use data and consumer insights to determine what is working, what is not, and what should change.

Product Launches

- Lead Amazon marketing execution for new product launches.

- Develop Amazon-specific launch plans and timelines across content, PDPs, A+ Content, creative, and advertising.

- Ensure products are fully prepared and optimized before launch.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Three (3) to five (5) years of professional marketing experience, with significant experience managing Amazon.

- Hands-on experience with Amazon marketing, Amazon Seller Central, PDP optimization, A+ Content, and Amazon advertising.

- Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, sponsored advertising, keywords, campaign strategy, and advertising performance.

- Experience developing or managing Amazon creative and content, including product imagery, video, copy, and A+ Content.

- Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG), consumer products, retail, or a similar product-driven industry strongly preferred.

- Strong understanding of the customer journey and how content, merchandising, search, and advertising work together to drive conversion.

- Experience working with external agencies and the ability to evaluate agency strategy, performance, and recommendations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn Amazon performance data into marketing actions.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.

Technology

- Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising platforms

- Amazon Analytics and reporting tools

- Google Analytics and/or similar analytics platforms

- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Project management tools such as Asana or Wrike preferred

Other

- Ability to work extended hours on occasion, including nights or weekends, based on business needs.

- Travel up to 10% as business needs warrant.
