Recruiting Coordinator

Location: 100% Onsite, Seattle, WA (Downtown) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Duration: 6-Month Contract to Potential (High Extension/Conversion Possibility) Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a great candidate experience? Join a recruiting team supporting one of the nation's largest and most innovative technology organizations as a Recruiting Coordinator. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process. You'll help manage interview logistics, maintain recruiting systems, coordinate candidate communications, and ensure every candidate has a seamless experience from start to finish. Often serving as a candidate's first interaction with Amazon, you'll have a direct impact on helping build exceptional teams!
### Responsibilities
Schedule interviews and phone screens while coordinating directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers Arrange candidate travel when required Maintain and update candidate records within recruiting systems Assist with new hire confirmations and onboarding coordination Communicate recruiting updates and follow-up information to candidates via phone and email Track recruiting activity and provide status reporting to stakeholders Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and distribute interview feedback materials Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and enhance the overall candidate experience Support additional recruiting and coordination initiatives as needed
### Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required! 1+ year of recruiting coordinator, scheduling, recruiting, administrative, or professional coordination experience Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
### Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional customer service and candidate-facing experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Experience supporting hiring, staffing, recruiting, HR, or operational teams Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and deadlines

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
