Purpose of Position

- The E-Commerce Operations Manager will lead the e-commerce operations team responsible for product setup, pricing configuration, bundle setup, content readiness, launch QA, and product-data governance across CASETiFY’s global e-commerce channels.

- This role ensures that products launch correctly, pricing and promotion are safely configured, market availability is accurate, and product data remains reliable across DTC and Retail Channel.

- The role will also work directly with Product and Engineering teams to improve internal workflows through technology, AI automation, and process redesign.

Job Description

- Manage the E-commerce Operations team, responsible for team workload, task prioritization, training, SOP compliance, operational quality, and continuous improvement.

- Manage daily team workload, assign priorities, training, improve team capability, and ensure clear ownership, escalation, and approval discipline.

- Oversee product and content setup, localization, market availability, and product data accuracy across the CMS platform.

- Support major marketing campaign and product launches by ensuring product, price, content, collection, and bundle setup are ready before launch. Run pre-launch and post-launch QA checks.

- Work with Product and Engineering teams to define system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Explore AI-assisted workflows for product data checking, content validation, translation QA, pricing anomaly detection, launch checklist automation, and operational reporting.

Requirement

- Degree Holder in E-Commerce, Project Manager, Marketing / Public Relations / Communications or other related discipline.

- At least 5 years of experience in DTC e-commerce operations, catalog operations, digital commerce, marketplace operations, or retail operations.

- Able to build SOPs, QA checklists, approval workflows, and operational dashboards.

- Able to translate operational pain points into clear system requirements for Product and Engineering teams.

- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets, workflow tools, AI tools, or automation tools to improve efficiency.

- Strong cross-functional communication skills with trading, marketing, product, engineering, retail, and operations teams.

- Strong communication skills; English & Mandarin is a plus.
