JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of medical and scientific procedures in a clinical or research setting.

JOB DUTIES:
45% - Assist in conducting computational analyses using AI and machine-learning models to infer gene regulation at the single-cell level and interpret complex biological datasets.

30% - Assist in implementing and adapting existing AI models, including GRINX and scTFBridge, for the analysis of single-cell gene regulation and related research questions.

25% - Assist in modifying, developing, and optimizing computational models, including DynGFN, to improve predictions of gene regulatory mechanisms using single-cell data.

Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma and work experience in a clinical or research setting.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

Expected Salary Range
18.00 - 18.00
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.

ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL:
Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
