In this role, youll balance clinical oversight with hands-on support, guiding staff, coordinating care, and driving quality outcomes across the agency.

The annual base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $110,000 – 125,000; however, pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor – Home Health
What Youll Do

- Lead daily clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and care coordination

- Supervise and mentor nurses, home health aides, and interdisciplinary team members

- Ensure all patient care aligns with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards

- Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance, and quality

- Partner with physicians and care teams to deliver seamless, coordinated care

- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development

- Drive performance improvement initiatives and participate in QAPI programs

- Provide clinical support in the field as needed, including complex patient cases

- Step in as a leadership resource in the absence of the Director of Patient Care Services

What You Bring

- Active California RN license

- 2+ years of recent home health or related clinical experience

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred

- Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of home health regulations (Title 22, CMS, etc.)

- Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills
