Requirements

Software Development Candidate
Requirements

- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics or
Engineering from a reputable university (Computer Science degrees are
not preferred).
- Strong mathematical background, with proven experience
developing and implementing complex numerical algorithms.
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development
experience using C++ .
- Demonstrated ability to work on medium-scale scientific,
engineering, or simulation software projects.
- Fluent in both Russian and English , with excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively within the GMT time zone .

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Petroleum Engineering or in the
development of software applications for the oil and gas industry .
- Familiarity with optimization techniques and physics-based
modeling.
- Experience with modern C++ standards, software architecture,
and engineering best practices.
- Experience with Java.
