Requirements

Responsibilities
Client & Account Leadership
● Manage a large-scale client
portfolio, spanning data and product engineering engagements.
● Own client relationships
end-to-end — client partners, enterprise architects, IT Directors, and C-level
executives (CDOs, CTOs, CIOs).
● Act as a trusted advisor: able
to articulate technical issues and trade-offs in a way that resonates with both
technical and executive stakeholders.
● Mine the account for new
opportunities and establish new stakeholder connections, growing the
relationship organically through delivery credibility and insight.
● Travel to client locations
periodically, as needed by the engagement.
Commercial & Account
Management
● Own account P&L; drive
revenue growth and optimize gross margin across the portfolio.
● Track budgets closely across all
engagements within the account.
● Manage a mix of Fixed Bid (FB)
and Time & Material (T&M) engagements.
● Lead estimation and proposal
efforts, including scoping, pricing, and solutioning for new and expanding
work.
● Present business strategies,
data architectures, and technical solution approaches directly to customers.
Technology & Delivery
Leadership
● Oversee delivery of data
analytics, data engineering, and data science projects, ensuring quality and
business impact.
● Oversee delivery of product
engineering solutions across web, desktop, and cross-platform technologies.
● Guide solution architecture and
technology selection at a decision-making level by partnering closely with
architects.
● Work experience with modern
cloud platforms — Microsoft (Azure/Fabric), Snowflake, or AWS.
● Work experience with modern web
technologies (e.g., Angular and React).
● Work experience with agentic AI
approaches and frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain).
● Navigate ambiguous or evolving
requirements and help drive product direction where needed.
● Ensure delivery discipline
across large teams using structured methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and sound
project delivery practices generally.
People & Organizational
Leadership
● Build, lead, and grow large,
multidisciplinary delivery teams.
● Demonstrated, proven experience
in people management, client management, and stakeholder management.
● Represent the organization's
technical capability externally — e.g., conducting technology webinars or
similar thought-leadership activities.
# Required
Qualifications
● 12+ years of Industry experience
● At least 4+ years of experience
leading large teams delivering multiple projects for one or multiple customers.
● Proven, substantial experience
managing large client accounts/portfolios, including account P&L ownership,
revenue growth, and gross margin optimization.
● Experience handling both Fixed
Bid (FB) and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models.
● Proven, strong people
management, client management, and senior stakeholder management experience —
including relationships with Enterprise Architects, IT Directors, and C-level
executives (CDOs, CTOs, CIOs).
● Demonstrated experience leading
large, multidisciplinary delivery teams (people and/or program leadership at
scale), ideally across more than one technical discipline.
● Comprehensive experience with
estimation, proposals, and presales solutioning.
● Prior hands-on experience in
either data engineering or product/application engineering.
● Work experience with Angular,
React, or equivalent modern web/cross-platform frameworks.
● Work experience with .Net or
equivalent server side technologies.
● Work experience with both data
engineering/analytics concepts and product/application engineering concepts.
● Work experience with cloud
platforms (Microsoft Azure and/or AWS) at a solutioning/decision-making level.
● Work experience with agentic AI
concepts and frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain) at a
solutioning/decision-making level.
● Excellent presentation and
communication skills, including the ability to present data visuals, numbers,
and technical architecture clearly to business audiences.
● Willingness and ability to
travel to client locations and work onsite frequently as required by
engagements.
