Controlling Reporting Specialist - Your future position?

As a Controlling Reporting Specialist in our Budapest office, you will be responsible for Financial Controlling and Reporting processes with global perspective. You will drive, design, develop process improvement opportunities and continuous improvement activities under the guidance of the Financial Controlling Global Solution Expert.

Main  responsibilities:

Drive project and solutions related to Controlling Reporting processes

- Analyse Controlling/Reporting performance metrics across the regions (APAC, LATAM-NOAM,EMEA) collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, propose and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements
- Support Controlling Reporting Managers and advice on best practices
- Actively participate in the Financial Controlling Reporting process, harmonisation, efficiency and standardisation projects (MEC, BS reconc. Journal entry,…) across affiliates
- Participate in global projects in collaboration with Financial Controlling Reporting Teams

Other responsibilities :

- Responsible for the training tool (MyKnowledge Portal/Enable Now) Controlling Reporting updates & organising the onboardings
- Ad-hoc activities upon requests based on agreement between the Financial Controlling Global Solution Expert and Controlling Reporting Managers
- Represent Givaudan DNA and CI mindset & be the Continous Imrpovement champion for the Controlling Reporting team
- Take active part in Financial Controlling and Controlling Reporting BCP

You Have:

- University degree in Business Administration with majors in accounting / controlling or equivalent education
- 5+ years of experience in Finance (accounting/reporting)
- Fluent English level
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and knowledge of SAP
