Position Summary
The Red Barn Crew Member is a part of our quick service food and beverage team. Red Barn Crew Members provide quality food quickly and efficiently to guests to keep them fueled and ready to hit the slopes. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve quick-service foods (chicken fingers, fries, mozzarella sticks, etc.)
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout shift
- Work efficiently during peak rush hours
- Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Complete required training as assigned by mountain leadership
- Accurately record all hours worked, ensure time entries are complete, and promptly resolve any discrepancies prior to the end of each pay period
- Other duties as assigned by mountain leadership

- Reliable transportation and regular attendance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service or food service experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to complete and pass a Food Service Test – done in-house
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Successful completion of background check
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to work in an indoor location subject to temperature fluctuations, drafts, and intermittent exposure to outdoor weather conditions due to frequent operation of exterior doors
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $17.50/hour
