Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health is seeking Ohio licensed therapists who want meaningful work with greater control over their schedules. Choose office- based care, school-based care or a combination of both.

This position offers an alternative to a traditional full-time caseload. Clinicians establish consistent availability with C&A and provide direct care during those hours. The role may complement another position, support a gradual return to practice or provide a flexible way to stay connected to clinical work in the community.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for engaging, dependable clinicians who connect well with children and caregivers, value collaboration and bring sound judgment to complex needs. Experience in child and family behavioral health is valuable, but we also welcome clinicians interested in expanding their work with young people.

Position Details

Work settings: Canton, Belden Village, Alliance, Plain Township, partner schools and community settings.

Schedule: Flexible availability, with after- school, evening and possible Saturday hours.

Population: Children and young adults from early childhood through age 24, plus their caregivers.

Primary responsibilities

- Provide individual and family therapy.

- Complete assessments when qualified and assigned.

- Develop treatment plans and timely clinical documentation.

- Coordinate care with families, schools and community partners.

- Use evidence-based approaches matched to each client.

- Maintain reliable availability and an agreed-upon caseload.

Clinical approaches

Experience with trauma-informed and evidence-based models. These models include TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, DBT, DINA or Incredible Years is valued. Training needs may vary by assignment.

Required qualifications

- Active license in the State of Ohio to provide therapy via the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board, or the Ohio Board of (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT, Licensed Psychologist).

- Degree required for the applicable license: bachelor's in social work or master's in counseling, social work or a related field.

- Ability to meet documentation, confidentiality, ethical and regulatory standards.
