Conditions of Employment:

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of facility maintenance, building maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, maintenance manuals, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of facility systems, equipment, and structures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Maintain facility grounds and common areas as assigned.
• Replace light fixtures, ceiling tiles, door hardware, and other building components as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
• Ensure compliance with facility safety standards, federal requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Coordinate with facility management regarding repair needs and project priorities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
