Service Department Receptionist / Customer Experience Representative

Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour
Volvo Cars Dublin is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Service Department Receptionist / Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team.
This is an important customer-facing position and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team.
You will be one of the first people our Service Department customers interact with, so personality, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help people are extremely important.
What Youll Do
Greet and welcome customers arriving at the Service Department
Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or Service Advisor
Assist customers with general questions and service needs
Direct customers to their Service Advisor and assist with the check-in process
Help manage customer flow during busy service hours
Assist with scheduling and appointment-related tasks
Contact customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup
Assist Service Advisors with administrative and customer-service responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Communicate professionally with customers, Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Management
Help ensure every customer receives a positive experience from arrival through vehicle pickup

Comfortable answering multiple phone calls and assisting customers in a busy environment
Able to multitask and prioritize throughout the day
Comfortable using computers and learning new software

Able to remain calm and professional when things get busy
Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
