About this role

Our client is an established AS9100-certified manufacturing company with more than 60 years in business. They are seeking an EHS Coordinator to help promote a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making workplace safety a top priority. Previous EHS experience is highly preferred; however, candidates with strong transferable skills from manufacturing, quality, compliance, operations, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Help build and maintain a strong culture of workplace safety

- Support compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements

- Assist with and conduct workplace safety investigations

- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions

- Maintain accurate safety and environmental records

- Communicate safety expectations, procedures, and updates to employees

- Work closely with employees, managers, vendors, customers, and regulatory agencies

- Support environmental reporting and wastewater-management activities as needed

- Help ensure safety remains a top priority throughout the organization

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to work

- Excellent organization and time-management skills

- Ability to work effectively in both factory and office environments

- Confidence communicating with employees at all levels of an organization

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and follow through on assignments

- Previous EHS, safety, environmental, compliance, manufacturing, or related experience is preferred

Nice to have:

The following qualifications are helpful but not required:

- OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-hour certification

- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential

- Experience working with ERP or MRP systems

- Wastewater-management experience

- Experience preparing or submitting reports to government agencies
