In this role, you'll play a critical part in creating an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the full recruitment lifecycle.

As a trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams, you'll help attract top talent, coordinate hiring activities, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new team members. What You'll Do

- Manage and publish internal and external job postings.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and interview teams.
- Welcome and host candidates during onsite interviews, creating a positive first impression of Pella.
- Conduct benefits overviews and answer candidate questions during the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities, including background checks, drug screenings, relocations, internal transfers, and new hire communications.
- Facilitate onsite interview events and assist with verbal offer presentations.
- Maintain recruiting records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Serve as a key resource for talent acquisition systems, processes, and best practices.

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with SharePoint, Oracle, or other Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
