What youll do
- Perform collision repairs using manufacturer procedures and quality standards.
- Identify damage, required repair operations, and additional needs early in the repair process.
- Partner with estimators and parts professionals to develop complete, accurate repair plans.
- Complete disassembly, welding, measuring, frame pulling, body repairs, and reassembly within your qualifications.
- Check your work throughout the repair process.
- Communicate progress and obstacles to keep repairs moving.
- Maintain an organized workspace and contribute to a team that shares knowledge and takes ownership.
What youll bring
- Hands-on collision repair experience and pride in your workmanship.
- Experience in welding, measuring, frame pulling, and body filler application.
- Relevant certifications preferred, including I-CAR, ASE, manufacturer, or welding certifications.
- A commitment to proper repair methods, accuracy, and continuous learning.
- Dependability, honest communication, and respect for your teammates.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to the success of the entire shop.
