Description
The Facilities Coordinator serves as a key point of contact between clients, internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, providing timely follow-up, coordinating facility and service projects, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to client expectations.
Job is fully onsite in Addison, TX. Rate of pay is between $18-20/hour based on experience.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding facility services, maintenance requests, projects, and ongoing work.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide project updates, address questions, and ensure expectations are clearly understood.
- Follow up with clients after service requests, project completion, and issue resolution to confirm satisfaction and identify any additional needs.
- Coordinate projects from initial client request through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities are clearly communicated.
- Schedule and coordinate contractors, vendors, technicians, and internal resources to support successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively communicate delays, changes, or potential issues to clients and management.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, project status, work orders, schedules, and follow-up activities.
- Manage multiple client requests and projects simultaneously while prioritizing urgent issues and meeting deadlines.
- Obtain project details, confirm scope of work, and coordinate necessary approvals before work begins.
- Work closely with clients and vendors to resolve service issues and ensure timely completion of outstanding items.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups on open requests, pending proposals, scheduled work, and completed projects.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented communication.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, inspections, and project walkthroughs as needed.
- Assist with project documentation, estimates, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve client service, project communication, and overall workflow.
- Escalate client concerns or project issues appropriately and work toward timely resolution.
