Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse to join our team. As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide personalized skilled nursing care to members in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.
Duties & Skills -Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care based on client needs. -Monitor, identify, and document changes in clients’ physical, emotional, and overall health. -Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice. -Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation. -Educate clients and caregivers on health conditions, medications, treatments, and disease management. -Identify health and safety concerns within the home environment and respond appropriately. -Collaborate with healthcare providers, caregivers, and other members of the care team to support coordinated care. -Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and time-management skills. -Work independently in a home care setting while following professional nursing standards, organizational policies, and standards of care.
Requirements: - Valid nursing license in MT - Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Current driver's license and auto insurance - Current BLS certification

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
