What You'll Do

- Perform oil changes and full fluid services, including transmission fluid and all underhood fluid levels

- Inspect belts, filters, air pressure, and gauges for wear, damage, or out-of-spec readings

- Replace worn components proactively to prevent breakdowns before they happen

- Test vehicle systems and components to confirm proper operation before and after service

- Check air pressure of tires; replace tires as needed

- Complete pre-delivery inspection on new cars

- Drive vehicles as needed for service verification purposes

- Operate power tools, machine tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently throughout the workday

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service department required

- Ford certification a plus

- Prior Ford dealership experience a plus

- Strong knowledge of basic automotive systems and maintenance procedures

- Comfortable operating electronic diagnostic equipment

- Ability to identify issues quickly and communicate findings clearly

- Strong reading, math, and basic computer skills

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles

- Technical degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
