About this role
The Planner Operations will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed production and shipment schedules, managing MRP and ERP system requirements, and coordinating across production, purchasing, engineering, quality, warehouse, and logistics teams. The role ensures material availability, resolves work‑order aging, expedites critical orders, monitors KPIs, and maintains audit‑ready documentation to support seamless operations and on‑time customer delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or similar role.
- Hands‑on experience with MRP and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory control concepts.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and continuous improvement methodologies.
