Global Data Privacy Lead

On behalf of our client, a major global enterprise, weare hiring a Global Data Privacy Lead to take full operational ownership of the end-to-end Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) lifecycle for workforce data worldwide (employees, candidates, and external contractors).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the intake, identity verification, scoping, data collection, redaction, and final response delivery for all global workforce privacy requests under strict statutory deadlines.
- Administer enterprise privacy platforms (e.g., OneTrust Privacy Rights Automation), managing dedicated webforms, request workflows, and subject-type routing.
- Convene cross-functional reviews to determine disclosable scope, execute precise redactions, and securely deliver final response packages.
- Manage full-cycle data erasure requests, raising and validating technical deletion tickets across global system assets.
- Partner directly with Senior Privacy Counsel, Employee Relations, Forensic e-Discovery, IT System Owners, and local legal teams.
- Act as the primary point of advice for global HR teams on data subject rights while maintaining standardized response templates.

What We Are Looking For:

- In-depth knowledge of GDPR and global privacy legislation, specifically regarding workforce and applicant data rights.
- Practical experience administering OneTrust Privacy Rights Automation or an equivalent enterprise privacy platform.
- Sharp decision-making skills to evaluate disclosable data while protecting confidential business and third-party information.
- Proven ability to manage strict statutory timeframes with high precision and discretion.
- Confidence interfacing with cross-functional legal, HR, IT, and security stakeholders.
