Requirements

We’re looking for driven individuals who:

- Are 18
to 35 years old
- Are South
African citizens
- Passed
and completed grade 12 Umalusi
- Live
in the Western Cape
- Have
been unemployed for at least one month before the final interview
- Are NOT currently studying or enrolled in another learnership
- Have
at least 2 years’ experience in BPO, contact centres, retail or
hospitality
- Have
not previously participated in a DEDAT learnership programme
