Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants interested in full-time or part-time in-home care opportunities throughout the Wichita area.

This is a good opportunity for caregivers who enjoy working independently and providing one-on-one support rather than working in a facility setting. Schedules vary based on client needs and may include daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

Pay is up to $17.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and assignment.

What You May Be Doing

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care

Help with mobility, transfers, and safe movement throughout the home

Prepare meals and snacks

Provide companionship and conversation

Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

Provide medication reminders

Run errands and assist with grocery shopping

Accompany clients to appointments and other activities

Observe changes in a client's condition and communicate concerns appropriately

Help clients maintain their independence and normal daily routines

Requirements

Must have your own dependable personal vehicle

Valid driver's license required

Must be able to reliably travel to clients' homes

CNA certification preferred

Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, senior care, or personal care experience preferred

Must be dependable and comfortable working independently

Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings

Strong communication skills

Compassionate and respectful approach to working with seniors and individuals with disabilities
