We are looking for an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to run high-quality printing equipment and help deliver packaging products for well-known consumer brands. This role offers hands-on responsibility, modern equipment, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced production team.

Compensation & Schedule

- $25.00 - $29.12/hour based on experience

- Shift premium available for off-shift employees

- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (10-hour shifts)

- Training provided on day shift

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to job specifications

- Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration throughout production runs

- Perform efficient job changeovers while minimizing downtime

- Conduct quality inspections and document production results

- Troubleshoot printing and mechanical issues

- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

- Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met

- Work collaboratively with team members and production leadership

Qualifications

- 1+ years of flexographic press operating experience preferred

- Experience with CI (Central Impression) presses is highly desirable

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

- Knowledge of inks, substrates, anilox rolls, and flexographic printing processes

- Ability to read and interpret job tickets, production specifications, and measurements

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Reliable attendance and safety-focused mindset
