## What You'll Do
As part of our Quality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety and quality by:
- Performing laboratory testing on milk, flavored milk, and cultured dairy products
- Collecting and analyzing in-process and finished product samples
- Conducting pH analysis, wet chemistry testing, and basic microbiological evaluations
- Utilizing laboratory equipment and precision pipetting techniques
- Documenting and reviewing test results to ensure regulatory and company compliance
- Participating in sensory evaluations and product taste testing
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and food safety programs
- Maintaining an organized, audit-ready laboratory environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of O Fallon, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
