About the role
Malvern Panalytical is seeking a proactive and experienced Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Advisor to support the delivery of our SHE strategy across the AMEC region and beyond.
In this role, you will partner with operational teams and global stakeholders to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and embed a strong safety culture. You will play a key role in supporting both regional and global initiatives, helping the business achieve its operational and sustainability objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the SHE strategy aligned to business objectives and company values
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards and internal SHE management systems
- Conduct internal audits across SHE and related quality processes
- Lead and contribute to SHE improvement initiatives and global projects
- Act as a key point of contact for SHE matters, building strong stakeholder relationships across the business
- Monitor performance and produce SHE reporting in collaboration with leadership
- Support customer-facing activities to meet HSE requirements
- Collaborate with global SHE teams to drive consistent best practices (global and local model)
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in SHE within medium to high-risk environments
- Experience working in complex, multi-site organizations
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience in global or matrixed organizations
- Exposure to cross-functional quality or compliance environments
- Track record of delivering SHE improvement initiatives
