About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Architect to lead the technical strategy and design of our next-generation web applications. In this role, you will champion the adoption of the latest Angular frameworks, drive the transition to a robust micro-frontend architecture , and establish a scalable UI ecosystem using Atomic Design principles.

While your primary domain will be the frontend, you will work closely with our backend engineering teams. Therefore, a strong working knowledge of Java Spring Boot and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is essential to ensure seamless integration and architectural alignment across the entire stack.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in a Lead or Architectural role focusing on frontend technologies.
- Angular Expertise: Deep, hands-on mastery of the latest Angular ecosystem , RxJS, NgRx (or similar state management), and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Pattern Proficiency: Proven experience designing and implementing Micro-Frontend architectures at an enterprise scale.
- Component Design: Extensive experience building highly modular UI libraries utilizing the Atomic Design pattern , integrating with tools like Storybook.
- Testing & Tooling: Strong background in frontend testing strategies (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, esbuild).

Required Backend & Systems Awareness

- Java Spring Boot: Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot ecosystems. You don't need to write backend code daily, but you must be able to read it, review it, and effectively collaborate with backend developers on API design.
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD): Strong conceptual understanding of DDD concepts (Entities, Aggregates, Bounded Contexts, Ubiquitous Language) to align frontend architecture with the backend domain model.
- API Design: Experience consuming and helping design RESTful APIs
