Work Schedule : Varied Monday through Friday
Position Location : Hybrid - will require days onsite and allow telework

Pay Rate : $13.40/hour

POSITION SUMMARY : Supports the membership team in completing administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to donors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enter confidential membership data into The Raisers Edge, the departments donor tracking software.
Provide excellent customer service over the phone and email to Wolf Trap Foundation members in response to questions about membership and benefits.
Help coordinate mailings including donor acknowledgements and benefit materials.
Assist with general administrative duties for membership as needed, including general phone support, proof reading, photocopying, faxing, filing, and assembling materials.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Associates degree or equivalent, transferrable work experience

- 1-2 years experience as a seasoned assistant, Board relations or non-profit organization experience preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

- Excellent phone/interpersonal skills

- Highly organized; strong attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of The Raisers Edge preferred but not necessary

- Sensitivity and commitment to the mission of Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time

- Regularly operates a computer and other office equipment (i.e., calculator, copier, printer, etc.)

- Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, bend and reach with arms

- Lift/move up to 15 pounds infrequently
