OCC Duty Manager Requisition ID 2026-6096 Category Flight Operations Location Columbus Work Base Onsite / Office Position Type Permanent Full-Time Job Profile The OCC Duty Manager in Columbus, OH is at the center of the daily operation, coordinating efforts between all operational support departments to conduct the fleet’s operation effectively, efficiently, and safely. You will work hand in hand with the Flight Operations team (and/or delegated representative) to ensure each flight is properly planned and executed. Responsibilities:Planning – normal opsReview fleet for optimization opportunitiesWork with mx planning on scheduling eventsReview Crewing for optimization opportunitiesIROPSCommunication of IROPS to impacted partiesWork toward solutions for IROPS eventsWork with MX to provide updates on AOG’sWork with Operations to provide updates on Crewing eventsIROP – Diversions / EventsMain point of contact for all irregular events until senior management is on site and brought up to speedWorks directly with Post Holders on any and all regulatory concerns brought to their attentionCompetencies:Given the level of the leadership position within the company, expectation is the leader demonstrates an expert level of the following proficiencies/competencies.Social Intelligence: Broad but viewed in terms of understanding of social situations and dynamics, and ability to operate effectively in a variety of social situations.
