This Crop Service Intern opportunity is available within the following areas of our Nebraska territory: Columbus, Schuyler, David City, Seward, York, Geneva, Lincoln, Syracuse, Beatrice, Crete and Aurora.
INTERN DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Observe and report on pests, weeds, and crop conditions
- Support operational workflows and precision agriculture services
- Travel to customer fields across the territory
- Install and monitor moisture sensors
- Troubleshoot hardware issues
- Operate an ATV for field scouting
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Business, or another agriculture-related major (preferred but not required)
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office
