Equipment Installation Technician Foreman
Master of Industry- ability to perform repair/maintenance/diagnostics on all equipment we service, First-Line Supervisor on the job site, and train other positions
- Equipment Installation Technician
Competent in core installation tasks for technical Material Handling Equipment with growing proficiency in equipment diagnostics and maintenance while progressing toward advanced certifications, and with the ability to work independently on routine tasks while supporting complex jobs under a Foreman.
- Equipment Installation Technician Assistant
Entry level or slightly above entry level experience in construction/installation and will be trained to obtain certifications for all equipment we install while working with Foremen to gain more experience and technical skills.

Minimum Qualifications – Please Review Before Applying
- Experience: 2+ years of construction, installation, or mechanical experience
- Background Requirements: Ability to pass a criminal background check required for access to municipal, government, and defense contractor facilities
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Driving: Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- Drug Screening: Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment and regular random drug screening during employment
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Professional Standards: Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety, communication, and customer service
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
- Install material handling equipment including mezzanines, conveyors, dock equipment, doors, cranes, and related systems
- Read and follow layouts, drawings, and installation plans
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Complete work on schedule while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and customers
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with installing material handling equipment or similar systems
- Ability to read blueprints and jobsite layouts
- OSHA training or safety certifications
- Experience working in industrial or high-compliance environments
Work Environment
- Work performed at customer locations throughout the DFW area, with occasional travel
- Safety-sensitive role requiring strict adherence to safety standards
- Combination of indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions
