About this role
We are looking for a Tax Analyst to support tax compliance activities across Italy and Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support direct and indirect tax compliance activities;
- Review VAT and insurance tax returns;
- Monitor tax filings, payments, and statutory deadlines;
- Perform tax account reconciliations and support tax reporting;
- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and external tax advisors;
- Support tax audits and prepare the required documentation;
- Contribute to process improvement and standardization initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in tax compliance, statutory reporting, or accounting;
- Experience with VAT compliance in European jurisdictions;
- Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office;
- Fluent English is mandatory;
- Italian or Greek is highly desirable;
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly and in alignment with our standards for data governance, security and ethical uses;
- Analytical, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile;
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
