About this role

Your key responsibilities:

- Support daily cash management activities and cash position monitoring.
- Contribute to cash flow and liquidity management.
- Support payments, bank reconciliations and treasury operations.
- Prepare and maintain treasury reports and financial controls.
- Work with SAP and Treasury tools.
- Collaborate with Finance teams and internal stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Cash Management or Treasury.
- Master’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related field .
- Experience with SAP and Treasury tools .
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish .
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus.
