Data Entry Operator

Position: Data Entry Operator – Maintenance Department: Maintenance Experience: 1–3 Years in Maintenance / Manufacturing / Foundry Industry Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma Location: [Plant Location]
### Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain daily maintenance data accurately in ERP / SAP / Excel.
- Prepare and update Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and records .
- Record details of breakdowns, machine stoppages and maintenance activities .
- Maintain equipment-wise maintenance history and downtime records .
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports .
- Update spare parts consumption, material issues and maintenance inventory data .
- Maintain records of PM compliance, breakdown frequency, MTBF and MTTR .
- Prepare machine-wise and department-wise downtime reports .
- Maintain records of AMC, calibration, inspection and statutory maintenance activities .
- Coordinate with Maintenance Engineers and Technicians for timely collection and verification of data.
- Maintain proper documentation of work orders, job cards, checklists and maintenance reports .
- Support preparation of KPI / KRA reports for the Maintenance Department.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of all maintenance-related records.
- Follow 5S, safety and documentation standards .

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint .
- Knowledge of ERP / SAP / CMMS will be an advantage.
- Good typing speed and high data accuracy .
- Basic understanding of maintenance terminology and manufacturing processes .
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and data summaries .
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
