About this role

Key Result Areas:

- Support the development and implementation of the MFH Museum’s annual marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with Qatar Foundation’s mission to promote cultural understanding, education, and human development.
- Align the museum’s strategic goals with measurable marketing objectives and KPIs, contributing to campaigns that enhance the museum’s visibility, reputation, and visitor engagement.
- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote the museum’s exhibitions, educational initiatives, and public programs across digital, print, outdoor, and experiential platforms.
- Gather and analyze audience insights and campaign data to identify visitor segments, support targeting strategies, and enhance engagement with local and international audiences.
- Implement marketing activities in line with the MFH Museum brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy across marketing materials, visuals, campaigns, and communications.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities, including website content, SEO/SEM, newsletters, and paid media, in collaboration with relevant QF teams and external partners.
- Support the development and implementation of social media marketing initiatives in collaboration with QF’s Digital and Social Media teams, contributing to campaigns that promote Gandhi’s values and cultural understanding.
- Coordinate with cultural organizations, embassies, educational institutions, and tourism entities to support the museum’s outreach activities and collaborative opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate marketing activities and activations for exhibitions, lectures, workshops, and community initiatives, supporting audience engagement, attendance, and visibility.
- Collaborate with the Curatorial, Education, Communications, and PR teams to coordinate messaging, storytelling, promotional activities, and audience engagement across relevant touchpoints.
- Coordinate with QF’s Marketing, Communications, and Events departments to support the implementation of MFH Museum campaigns and activities in alignment with wider QF initiatives.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports on audience reach, engagement, visitor numbers, campaign performance, and other relevant KPIs to support future planning.
- Coordinate with external vendors, creative agencies, and media partners to facilitate the timely delivery of marketing materials, services, and campaign activities in accordance with approved requirements and budgets.
- Research relevant museum marketing trends, audience engagement practices, and digital innovations, and provide recommendations to support the development of new marketing initiatives and visitor engagement approaches.
- Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of relevant full-time experience in marketing, preferably within the arts, culture, heritage, or tourism sectors.
- Proven track record of supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms; Familiarity with content creation and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS platforms).
- Ability to prepare reports, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft & edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
