About this role

Key Result Areas:

- Run the Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000/HACCP practices), legal registers with HSE, and vendor hygiene/safety audits; close findings.
- Lead school meal compliance with MOPH and Qatar National Dietary Guidelines; manage allergy lists, labeling (calories/allergens/ingredients), and menu approvals.
- Manage nutrition clinic operations (assessment, counseling, group programs) as a wellness service; maintain records and privacy per HS procedures.
- Supervise Daily Food Services delivery (menus, production, service, waste controls), and Events food quality; coordinate with operations for equipment/assets.
- Drive sustainability KPIs (plate-waste reduction, composting, plastic elimination, local sourcing) and report monthly outcomes.
- Own contractor training calendars (food handlers), toolbox talks, and incident investigations with corrective actions.
- Maintain MIS and analytics for leadership reviews; support budgeting and tenders with data.
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s in Nutrition, Food Science, Hospitality/Hotel, or related; management certification preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant full-time work experience in food service/nutrition with proven FSMS/audit leadership and school meal program experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, data literacy (MIS), and systems: MS Office, CAFM, ERP (Fusion).
- Certified lead auditor in ISO 2200, HACCP/FOOD Safety Level 3 certified
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
