About this role

Join us now as Product Manger role in Indonesia within the Product team. This role will be reporting to Senior Product Manager.

What You Do:

Product Development

- Assess and develop new investment strategies and products in collaboration with product, investment, and distribution teams.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, including marketability assessments, product committees’ approvals, regulatory approvals, and product launches.
- Develop and manage Sharia-compliant products per regulatory requirements and principles.

Lifecycle Product Management

- Monitor and analyze products competitiveness (assets, cash flows, pricing, profitability, performance etc.).
- Lead changes to enhance existing products, including repositioning, mergers, closures and regulatory approval.
- Lead Sharia-related tasks aiming to enhance Sharia governance and offerings.

Product Strategy & Governance

- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives aligned with corporate objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Partner with sales channels to define product distribution strategies.
- Support product governance through product analysis and committee participation.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum 3 years’ experience in product strategy, development, or management in fund/wealth management.
- OJK licenses and Islamic economics discipline certifications are a plus.
- In-depth understanding of fund products, regulatory requirements, Sharia regulations and competitive landscape in Indonesia and Asia Pacific
- Proficiency in investment research tools like Morningstar and local fund databases.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa.
- Strong communication, presentation and business case writing skills.
- Advanced analytical and software/database skills.
- AI skills: Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT
