Key Accountabilities
- 在 ASC 色彩支持团队（嘉善工厂）独立开发实色、效果色、多层色等各类色彩，按既定优先级开展工作
- 熟练使用所有色彩配方开发相关软件工具，确保设备已校准且操作规范。
- 对初级调色工程师开展全流程培训，在全球范围内分享**实践
- 独立完成色样审批，同时代他人进行色样核准；当生产批次超出规格时判定合格 / 不合格，并给出改进方案建议
- 熟悉全部流程，严格遵循配方开发规范
- 持续更新颜料相关资料与专业知识储备
- 牵头色彩主导类配方开发项目，推进项目落地并取得满意成果；作为项目成员参会，专业得体地代表色彩团队
- 与其他研发团队（产品开发、解决方案、应用团队）紧密协作，满足客户需求
- 可独立赴客户现场解决色彩问题，代表阿克苏诺贝尔涂料树立良好形象；参与客户切换、试样演示等技术项目，为阿克苏诺贝尔涂料争取客户机会。赴现场进行色彩校验，确保用于客户演示或客户产线切换的色彩方案合格；优化配方至目标品质，并将优化后的配方录入对应系统
- 统筹安排客户来访相关工作
- 推行 5S、行为安全观察（BBS），落实安全规章，保障安全作业环境
- 持续提升部门专业能力与工作效率
- 参与色彩流程与数据的标准化、优化工作。
## Experience
- 7–8 年调色开发相关工作经验
- 优秀的协调能力
- 具备项目制工作经验，有项目负责人经验优先
- 掌握色彩理论及调色软件相关知识
- 积极主动、务实动手能力强，心态正向，具备强烈的主人翁意识与责任心
- 具备团队协作能力，按需独立开展工作，工作方式灵活
- 能够适应优先级与交付节点的快速调整
- 熟练使用电脑办公软件（Office、SAP、调色软件）
- 严格遵守厂区及公司所有安全、健康、环境管理规范。
