SLOT TECHNICIAN-FT

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the repair, maintenance of Casino Video machines, safeguard of all assets. Communicate all unusual situations concerning machines to either Slot Director or Casino Shift Manager.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Safeguarding of all monies in machines.

- Prompt maintenance/repair to keep machines operational.

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment.

- Perform shop and on floor repairs of slot machines.

- Repair and rebuild all mechanical and electronic slot game components.

- Communicate all unusual situations concerning machines to either their supervisor, manager or casino shift manager in a timely manner.

- Maintain and keep accurate paper records of all repairs to machines.

- Assists customers as needed by answering inquiries.

- Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS :

- High school diploma or GED required.

- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

- 1-3 years technician experience.

- Basic understanding of electronic circuitry as it pertains to the operations of electronic gaming equipment (slot machines and video games).

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

- Must be able to speak, read and write the English language.

- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and any shift.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/OTHER

- Must be able to pass background check and receive a gaming license from the Robinson Rancheria Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations.

- Must pass an annual Title 31 exam.
