About this role
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As Operations Head, the candidate would be heading the complete factory / manufacturing unit and responsible for the entire factory operations.
- Ensure smooth production and order fulfilment, maintaining product quality and service quality, manufacturing costs, productivity etc.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Candidate should possess good communication and analytical skills
- Have excellent leadership qualities.
- Experience in the Optical industry / Lens manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Hands on production experience and familiar with quality management systems.
Education:
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial / Instrumentation from a reputed University. M.B.A would be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Overall work experience of 20 to 30 years
- Must have 7 to 10 years of experience heading a small / mid-sized manufacturing operations of at least 300 people.
- Digitally engaged
Essential Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of Production handling
- High level of computer skills
- English speaker
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
