Your new adventure
- In this role, you will take technical ownership of selected electrical and electronic components for our powertrain systems throughout the entire product development process:
- Independently manage and develop E/E components (electronic control units, electrical valves, etc.) in accordance with our product development process
- Coordinate technical topics with international customers, suppliers, and internal development departments
- Create, maintain, and align system and component requirements specifications
- Plan, manage, and track development activities with regard to quality, cost, and timing
- Coordinate prototype builds and plan, execute, and evaluate tests and validation activities
- Perform root cause analyses and develop and implement corrective and improvement measures
- Support the release process and assist during series production ramp-up
Your Experience and Skills
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the automotive or industrial sector
- Experience with E/E components and knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, control units, sensors, actuators, and communication systems (e.g., CAN, LIN)
- Experience working with technical specifications and product development processes
- Knowledge of Requirements Engineering, Systems Engineering, ASPICE, and ISO 26262 is considered an advantage
- High level of initiative and a structured, analytical, and methodical way of working
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
We offer
You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,962.32 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
